President- Dare Thompson
My current major is Finance. I’m currently the President of Student Organization, and i’m also an intern at UBS Wealth/Investment. I’m also member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. My Future career plans is to own my Law Firm, Investment Firm, and Clothing Line, and to be a mentor to young students in urban environments.
I’m running for Student Org. President because I have realized the governmental role of student organization. As of this year we focused much of our time on programming instead of our governmental responsibilities. As president of New Legacy, and candidate for President, we are here to inform our mission is to serve the students at Kean University. We New Legacy represent and safeguard the interest of students. To improve the welfare of students, by encouraging cooperation and communication from faculty to Administration to ensure the optimum of students rights, and to provide the best possible excellence in education.

Vice President- Al-teef Jones
My name is Al-teef Jones. I’m from East Orange, New Jersey and I’m also a member of PASU. I’m a Business Management major at Kean University. I’m running for Vice President of Student Government and my purpose for running is to ensure the greatest participation by students in the immediate governance of and policy development for Kean University at all levels.
Vice President of Kean Ocean- Joseph Bertero
I am devoted to being honest and accurate, I meet the demand that are required by the professors and exceed those expectations. I expect myself to reach maximum potential every time I start a process. I have A.S. in business studies, I was accepted into Alpha Beta Gamma (Business Honors Society) in 2010, I was accepted into Deans List for business last semester at Kean, and I was awarded in the community by Senator Bill Larkin of New York.
Assistant Secretary- Roselena Twyne
Hello my name is Roselena Twyne; I am from Elizabeth, New Jersey. Currently, I am a freshman at Kean University majoring in Occupational Therapy, with a minor in Psychology. Also, I work as a Desk Manager, for Residence Life. I am running for the position of Assistant Secretary, for student organization. I enjoy upholding a position that allows me to aid in the bettering of a component in my learning environment, which is my objective for running for Assistant Secretary for Student Organization. My belief is, in order for improvement to be brought upon, it is essential that there is an individual to implement it. As Assistant Secretary, I am capable of fulfilling that duty. It all begins with the fuel of determination.
